Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy expansive views of Lake Winnipesaukee & The Ossipee Mountains. Around the corner is Weirs Beach, the famous Funspot Arcade & a drive in movie theater. The area also boasts award winning restaurants, bars & night life. Plus it's only a 10-minute drive to concerts at Bank Pavilion, skiing at Gunstock & dozens of local hiking trails. Your bedroom includes two queen beds a 40” smart TV, large dresser and closet for clothing and a full bathroom. Step directly outside from the bedroom onto a private balcony. The bedroom and living room balcony connect. The living room includes an American Leather queen pull out sofa bed. If you have never spent a night on one of these you will be pleasantly surprised by its comfort. There is also another 40” smart TV and a full size dresser. Open concept space connects the living room and kitchen with a small bar top in between. The fully stocked kitchen has full size refrigerator, dishwasher and electric stove/oven. There is also a second full bathroom.

We stayed at Sairah's apartment for couple of days during April. Place is great, meticulously maintained, and with all the internal amenities for a comfortable stay. It has an amazing views of Lake Winnipesaukee and beyond. Note that some of the major nearby seasonal attractions maybe closed in April. Overall, highly recommended.
Absolutely loved it, the view was phenomenal and it was in a perfect location. A 5-10 minute ride from just about everything. Everything went smooth and check in/check out was simple as well. I highly recommend to anyone looking to experience the lakes region and it’s breathtaking views. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Sairah was a very friendly, responsive host. She gave us all the info we needed upfront to get into her condo. It was a smooth, easy check in. The condo is very clean, modern and spacious. The deck is beautiful. The sunrise over the lake and the mountains is a must do while staying here! Thank you Sairah for hosting us, we had a wonderful family getaway.
Great Lake view from the balcony is definitely the highlight!
