A very short walk from one of Falmouth’s best and most popular beaches, is the coach house. A very stylish, comfortable home away from home. A 3-5 minute walk around Swanpool Nature Reserve and you will end up at Swanpool Beach with its water sports centre, restaurant and cafe. Still only a 5-7 minute drive from the centre of Falmouth town. Upstairs from the front door is a brand newly refurbished property that we have put all our love and attention in to in a bid to give guests a truly comfortable, yet stylish home away from home.

Lovely flat, very clean and smartly decorated. Marked down very slightly because the instructions said to park in front of the 2 garages on the left when one of those is owned by the man described in the other reviews. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, very good value for money. Really nice area, we enjoyed walking down to the little beach and it’s brilliant cafe. We also visited Trebah Gardens which was gorgeous. Falmouth town was lovely, nice to see lots of shops still open there and nearly all of them were dog friendly 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
