Great location and friendly, responsive host! Appreciated the gated parking and clubhouse amenities: weight room, yoga room, pool, hot tub, bbq grills. Balcony was awesome for morning coffee prior to heading out for a hike. Thank you Tammi!

My daughter and I loved this place! It’s in a great location to walk to bars/restaurants and easily accessible right off the 202. Tammi has paid attention to every detail to make the stay comfortable and that everything you need is there. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities as well as the private balcony with fire pit! The building was quiet and well maintained. We will be back for sure!

We stayed for four weeks in the loft and it was perfect for us. Both beds and bedding were very comfortable and the bathroom is very large. Access to outdoors on the upstairs patio was a favourite spot. The kitchen is well stocked and the Keurig coffee maker with supplies was a nice treat (as was the supply of bottled water, and a bottle of wine in the fridge). We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, which was usually quite quiet. Tammi was an excellent host. We had a few questions during our long stay, and she always responded extremely promptly. We would definitely recommend this location to any of our friends wanting to stay in the Phoenix area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tammi’s place. The condo itself was super cute. Loved hanging out on the little terrace. The building was fun to stay at too. The location was awesome. We loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and coffee shops.
