This place was perfect for the getaway my girlfriend and I took to celebrate our recent birthdays. Derrick was very responsive and friendly in his communications. Based on the photos and reviews, we were excited to see the place and it did not disappoint. It was located in a lovely area near some nice restaurants and shops and just minutes from downtown Asheville. It was very spacious, clean and well stocked, not to mention super quiet. And the bed was very comfy. I've stayed at a number of places in the Asheville area and Derrick's place is my favorite yet. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next time we come to town. Thank you, Derrick!

We really loved our stay at Derrick's. Super nice, clean, comfy and quiet place, and walkable to a lot of great restaurants and other places in West Asheville. It's really peaceful to sit on the front porch in the morning with coffee!

Derrick’s place was perfect for our stay in Asheville! The space is so charmingly decorated and meticulously well kept, and having 2 (very clean!) bathrooms was such a luxury, especially while traveling with our little one. Derrick was also super responsive and helpful, and he even had a pack n’ play and high chair set up before we arrived, which was just one of many thoughtful touches included as part of our stay! We also loved the location of the house—within walking distance to some great restaurants, and within a super quick drive to anything else you might want to see in the area. 10/10 recommend!

Derrick and the house were outstanding, my wife appreciates the happy birthday sign that was hung up when we walked inside. It certainly put a smile on her face. Great amenities and neighborhood
