To the right is a reading nook that highlights some of our favorite leadership, self development and tropical horticulture books. We even have selections for the kids, including books, puzzles, games, etc. Are you into “the oldies but goodies” music? Great! Spin one of our albums, sit back & relax and enjoy! - Adults only please. The dining table seats 8. Great for your friends & family gathering for a meal or a game or two! Sink into one of the two gray leather couches with pillows and comfy blankets. The coffee table top lifts up into a desk or a place to enjoy a snack while watching your favorite TV shows. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances big and small that you will need. Including a coffee maker, blender, double oven, opal ice maker (a favorite). Sit at the island in one of 4 stools to enjoy a quick meal or snack. The master bedroom suite is to the left. King bed, swivel chair, desk and chair and a double recliner. The attached bathroom with double sinks, a super soaker tub and walk in shower. Two guest bedrooms rooms to the right and a full bathroom. A queen bed, blackout curtains for sleeping in. 2 chairs and a oh, so soft rug to tickle your toes. The twin bed room can be enjoyed by all ages. It does have some games and toys in the closet for the kiddos. Let us know If you need a pack and play, high chair, stroller etc. We can accommodate these items if we know in advance. Outdoors! Our favorite part - (we are in the landscape business) 2 coconut palms and a podocarpus hedge were just installed last week in the front yard. A basketball hoop is set up in the spacious driveway. (Balls are inside on the bottom shelf of the reading nook) The screened in porch with comfy furniture for that afternoon nap. Or how about a round of ping pong? New floritam sod in the private, fenced in backyard, 2 new coconut palms and an existing poinciana tree, outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill and picnic table. We must mention the train. Don’t let this thought stop you in your tracks! We will be building an “observation deck” next to the outdoor kitchen. It will be “the best view” of the train in Hobe Sound! We not only have the FEC cargo train, we also have Brightlines high speed passenger train go right by! We like it! And we think you will too! Walk over to town where you will find a coffee shop, boutique shopping, galleries, delicious food or a walk to the beach through the famous ficus canopy & mangroves, over the Intercoastal bridge where you may see some pretty cool boats, fish, birds, crabs. It’s a beautiful walk. There is a bike rental in town if you desire to venture up or down Gomez Avenue. Where you can get a glimpse of the Jupiter Island Estate Homes.
