Un piso muy bonito y bien organizado, con todas las conveniencias modernas, uso eficiente del espacio limitado. Barrio antiguo increible, solo pasos desde restaurantes, museos, barres, todos los postres del mundo, y una catedral enorme del sigle XIV, la Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar, y cerca de la hermosa y famosa Catedral de Barcleona. Daniel y Olga estan siempre atentos, listos para ayudarte en qualquier momento.

Con mi marido nos alojamos 32 días en el departamento. Si bien el departamento es pequeño, está muy bien distribuido el espacio. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable. Puedes ir caminando a todos lados o bien a las estaciones de rodalies y metros. Esta ubicado a metros del paseo del born, que es muy bullicioso en todo momento pero el departamento está totalmente insonorizado, así que se puede descansar muy bien. Está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Tiene lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora de ropa, plancha, todo funciona perfectamente. La terraza es muy agradable para pasar un buen momento al aire libre. Tiene una barbacoa y está muy bien decorada. El edificio es muy moderno y muy bien decorado. Sin dudas volveríamos a alojarnos allí y ya lo hemos recomendado a amigos . Muchas gracias por todo, nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa!!!

In the center of the Gothic Quarter, and central to the metro and other transportation. 15 mins walking from the beach and main shopping centers. The space was beautiful, modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again, and guarantee an amazing stay in this apartment.

Daniel's flat was recently renovated with great attention to detail and also completely refurnished. You can see right away that professionals were at work here and have conjured up something great out of the small space. However, you should also note that the flat is located in a narrow alley. Accordingly, there is naturally not so much sunlight. Nevertheless, you can feel comfortable here. And the sunny shared roof terrace compensates for the little light in the flat. Nevertheless, you notice that the operation of these flats is still in its infancy. There is certainly still room for improvement in the equipment (e.g. a hairdryer, some basics such as soap, are missing). And there was also some chaos at check-out. Here the cleaning service thought we had already left on Friday, but we had booked until Saturday and the check-out was scheduled for 11 am on Saturday. So we were surprised by the cleaning service on Saturday morning and practically kicked out of bed prematurely.
