The property is beautifully renovated and maintained - stylish and well equipped. However, this is an Air bnb priced at almost £300 per night. Both myself and my wife lost hours of sleep on both nights that we stayed here due to a faulty alarm system making a series of loud noises in the early hours of each morning. We reported this to the host following the first night and were told that an engineer could not come out, provided with instructions to try and stop it if it happened again - they didn't work, and assured that, in any event, it was unlikely to happen again. It did happen on the second night and we got even less sleep. I would argue that this issue should have been fully resolved and remedied before taking my money. Interestingly, Rachael did not follow up on the second morning to see how things had been - I now suspect I know why - because it was not reported as an issue on the second night, I cannot claim compensation for that night. I would not book this property again.

Absolutely stunning home! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, light and airy. Large well equipped kitchen and large dining area with large glass doors leading out to a lovely enclosed Garden. Bedrooms are great, we slept in the large king size bed, super comfy! Rachael was very friendly, gave lots of great local info before arriving and was helpful throughout. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, can’t wait to return ❤️

Our engineers have stayed a few times and Rachael has always been extremely helpful and gone beyond to make sure are visitors are well looked after. She has gone to the trouble of listing all local amenities and restaurants The engineers have stayed here for a nearby project and we have a maintenance contract for some years and will always choose Rachel's place first when we have 2 engineers staying

My family and I spent a fabulous week in Rachel’s beautifully stylish and immaculate home which is decked out with everything you need! Brilliant location to hop on the tube into central London or to explore Epping Forest location. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend others to do so! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
