Excellent house to stay at. We had a big group and felt like we had plenty of space. Couple of minor things in the house didn’t work but overall a good experience. Brian was responsive and quick to answer questions.

Our recent stay at this AirBnB left much to be desired. Despite its central location, which was convenient for exploring the area and the reason for our visit, several drawbacks made our experience less than enjoyable. Firstly, the lack of customer service was frustrating. It was difficult to reach the host, and when we did, they were ill-prepared to handle basic issues like lockouts(not having a spare key around and having to wait for him to come). This delay impacted our stay negatively, especially with two young children.Additionally, cleanliness was lacking throughout the house despite a cleaning fee. Hairs in the shower and dust balls under the beds were evident, and the beds themselves were uncomfortable. Moreover, we had trouble with the living room blinds, and despite mention of a remote, it was missing, compromising our privacy. While the central location was positive, the combination of cleanliness issues and poor customer service means we won't return.
