Adventure — and rest — awaits at this luxury 3 bedroom/3 bath cabin (sleeps 10) overlooking the Smoky Mountains and near Cades Cove! With a breathtaking view of the Chimney Tops and Mount LeConte , Sky Haven Lodge sits atop Laurel Valley. The whole family will enjoy a restful night's sleep on one of 5 beds (spread through 3 bedrooms and common spaces), wake up each morning and enjoy the sunrise on one of 3 decks with views for miles and air so fresh your lungs will thank you. •••Bedrooms••• There are 3 bedrooms, one on each floor. The bottom two floors feature Christeli king mattresses (you won't find a better night's sleep anywhere!) and the loft has 2 queen beds with plush mattresses. The loft's windows showcase the sunrise over the Smoky Mountains each morning with a stunning panoramic view. Also on the lower level is a pull-out queen sofa with a foam mattress that's super comfy, along with a pack-n-play in the closet on the lower level for infants. •••Common Areas••• There are two "living rooms" -- one on the lower level and one on the main floor. Each has ample seating and a large TV. The main floor's TV is 4K/HDR. The lower level's TV cabinet has a Nintendo Classic with 30 games (including Super Mario Bros, Zelda, Contra, Double Dragon 2, etc.) Included television options is YouTube TV (85 channels, including live news/sports), Amazon Prime Video, and Paramount Plus. Guests can login to Netflix, Disney+, MAX and more with their own accounts. The main floor includes a gas fireplace to stay cozy in those colder months. The large loft also has plenty of space to be used as a "common area." •••Kitchen & Dining••• The kitchen is fully-stocked with cookware, including pots/pans, crockpot, griddle, blender, toaster, and all common cooking utensils. Plenty of dinnerware (and even some specifically for kids) is included, along with a large set of wine glasses. The dining area features a stunning view of the Smoky Mountains and comfortably seats 8, but can easily seat 10 when needed. •••Kids' Adventure Area••• On the lower level is an area designed to spark the imagination of children. The toys, games, and books provided were hand-selected by a teacher of 20+ years and fit the theme of wonder and adventure! We've heard of many children "camping out" in the teepee or playing with the magna-tiles well into the night. And vacation-long friends are often made with some of our "friends of the forest" stuffed animals. •••Bathrooms••• There are 3 full bathrooms -- one on each floor -- including toilet, sink, and tub/shower. The lower level includes a full bath/tub, while the top level includes a walk-in shower. The main floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower as well as a two-person jetted whirlpool. •••Laundry••• A dedicated laundry room sits in the corner of the lower level with a high-capacity LG washer/dryer to get even the toughest trail stains out in a jiff. •••Games••• The lower level includes a full-size pool table and a host of games for children and families. We go beyond the "Monopoly/Life" selection with games that will really get people having fun! On the main floor, you'll find games that appeal to teens/adults -- easy to learn and a hilarious time to be had! All games were selected with the theme of getting people talking and laughing together. •••WIFI••• Sky Haven Lodge is set up with full gig speed WIFI! This allows for up to 12 simultaneous streams in 4k (for all those guests who just have to watch different things on their own phones). And if you're working remotely, you can rest easy that you'll have great bandwidth for any conference call. •••DECKS••• Our 2,000 sq. ft. of decks are the hallmark of Sky Haven. Views from the main level stretch out over 13 miles and show the splendor of the Smoky Mountain chimney tops. There are different kinds of seating at each level -- enjoy the rocking chairs and benches on the main level, the café table and chairs on the top level (great for an early-morning coffee or late-night glass of wine!), the screened-in porch that includes string lighting and a ceiling fan to keep cool in those hot months, and a lower level with nesting chairs, hanging from the ceiling above. Each level of deck offers its own unique experience and ways to relax while enjoying the beauty of the Smokies!
