Please note the outdoor fireplace is not currently working, although the expansive backyard offers plenty of lounging areas and activities without it. Inside you’ll find this modern desert villa is just as Insta-worthy as it is poolside with the beautiful décor and multiple thoughtfully arranged gathering spaces. As you walk through the door of this elegant single-story naturally landscaped desert villa in the rolling Fountain Hills, your eyes are drawn into the living room’s expansive, 20 Ft. curved butted glass windows showcasing the semi-private canyon, complete with the sights and melodic sounds of the abundant Arizonan flora and fauna. Throughout the home, additional visions of the desert canyon below will greet you, providing a relaxing and jaw-dropping retreat for all who stay. This modern ranch is also perfect for families: those with infants can travel lighter with our available pack and play crib and highchair (complimentary upon request). Grouped sleeping arrangements allow for a comfortable getaway for multiple families. Guests can enjoy time together in the common areas, while enjoying ample privacy when needed. For all-around family entertainment, board games are located on the living room book shelves. Your property (and the surrounding landscape) is home to towering Saguaro cacti, an exquisite and protected species by the state of Arizona. These stately giants bloom in May and June and no two are alike, each one a work of art in and of themselves. You’ll also discover delectable citrus free for the taking during the growing seasons. There’s nothing like savoring a fresh, juicy grapefruit or orange picked right off the backyard tree! Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can charge accordingly. Plus, our city’s finest tourist attractions are just outside your doorstep, including the namesake fountain, McDowell Mountain Regional Park, Fountain Hills Desert Botanical Garden, River of Time Museum and Exploration Center, Sami Fine Jewelry and more! You desert oasis backyard features: • Lilly-pond wrap-around water feature near entry • Boulder water feature gently feeding water from the heated spa into the pebble-tec infinity pool (The pool and spa can be heated upon request for a fee of $100 per night. Heating the pool is not usually needed in the summer months. Heating only the spa is $25 per night.) • Poolside seating overlooking the city lights to the South. (Note: at this time, the outdoor fireplace is unavailable--we apologize for this inconvenience). • Outdoor bar with free-standing grill complete with counter seating and a separate dining area. Please note that the original built-in outdoor grill does not function, but we have added a portable outdoor grill. • Beautiful semi-private canyon views featuring abundant wildlife (while this location provides a wonderful vista, please note that you may encounter wildlife around the home) Indoor spaces: Your gourmet-style kitchen includes: • Two wine coolers • Spacious island and breakfast room with gathering at mealtime. • Breakfast nook Main living area includes: • Expansive 20 Ft. curved butted glass windows for natural light and scenic desert views • Elegantly decorated space with mounted Smart TV • A collection of board games for the whole crew Sleeping Arrangements: • Primary Bedroom Suite King bed and one queen-sized pullout sofa bed. This suite includes a sitting area, Pac Man arcade game, plus pullout queen sofa and very large master bath. A door leads to your own outside seating area overlooking the pool. Please note that fireplace currently needs repairs is temporarily not available. • Bedroom 2: Two twin beds • 2nd Primary Bedroom Suite: Master Suite with one King bed and one queen-sized pullout sofa bed. This suite’s layout includes two rooms attached via an open doorway. The first attached room is a cozy living room with the queen sleeper and kitchenette. Walking further through an open doorway, you’ll find a standard sized room with a king bed.
