Highly Recommend!! Great 2BR/2BA apartment in a prime location in Scottsdale. PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW... Here is a list of positives about the unit and also important general information: 1. Spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated unit. 2. Great amenities - W/D in unit, balcony that gets direct sun in the morning, pool, very large gym, ample parking, wi-fi and roku, good A/C, coffee maker (it may be an espresso maker - check listing photos), and includes all extras (silverware, utensils, plates, cups, paper towels, dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent, bath body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer, etc.) 3. Across the street from Scottsdale Quarter Shopping Center and a very short walk to Kierland Commons Shopping Center across Scottsdale Road. Both have shops, restaurants, and other attractions. 4. Not as far from parking garage as some reviews mention. All you need is to initially get to know the location. Directions once you get in the building on the floor of the unit. 1. Right 2. Another Quick Right to the end of the hall 3. Another Right 4. Left halfway down the hall to the end of hall 5. Another Left to the unit (Total time = 3 minute walk from elevator)(R-R-R-L-L) 5. Cell service in the unit isn't optimal (one to maybe 2 bars) but is definitely better on the balcony (2 to 3 bars). You can choose to use wi-fi to do work or browse the internet or bring an ethernet cable with a computer/tablet and plug in to back of the modem/router for faster internet. 6. The code given to access the padlock on the front door is very convenient. I used the "✓" to lock it on the way out but I think there are other buttons that lock the door. The "✓" button unlocks the door after putting in your code. The deadbolt above the main door lock is disabled but it isn't a big deal. Most apartments only have one lock via key or smart lock, anyway. 7. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely use the unit again when I come back to Scottsdale. It would be a perfect apartment to rent on a monthly basis. Very good communication and service from the host, as well. Greatly appreciated.
