Our stay at Casa Na Nah was just incredible. The rental itself exceeded our expectations. The location is truly beautiful and peaceful right on the water. We had everything we needed on site and Manuel was always there to assist if needed. It was the perfect, quieter location for our family of 6 - we loved being in a more rural area. The beach in front of the house is public - but we saw very few people during our stay. Our family loved the beach access, the paddle board, the pool, the swings and hammocks, and the play/artificial grass area with toys! We greatly appreciated the welcome/information book. We enjoyed several recommended restaurants nearby. My wife had a fabulous massage by the recommended Lill Calli right at the house on the beach. We enjoyed an wonderful and delicious Yucatan meal by Carla Cambray at the house for our final night - she was recommended in the book. We are so thankful for the amazing experiences we had while we visited the Yucatan! Thank you!

Magnifique propriété située à un endroit de rêve. Les chambres en bas sont très confortables. Nous n'avons pas utilisé celles d'en haut, car très petites et sans rangement. L'aire commune offre une vue incroyable sur l'eau. Manuel, le gardien, était toujours là pour s'occuper de la propriété et répondre à nos questions. Il a sorti des jeux pour notre enfant de 6 ans dès notre arrivée et les administrateurs de la maison avaient même installé une bassinette pour mon bébé de 6 mois. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de trois semaines là-bas et nous planifions déjà d'y retourner.

Excelente destino para relajarse , el alojamiento es tal cual se describe y cómo se muestra en las fotos, la vista es bellísima, la playa parece privada solo unos pasos del jardín y ya estás en ella. Siempre recibimos la atención necesaria, estuvieron al pendiente en todo momento , la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario , es fresca y cómoda . Se aprecia muchísimo que mi mascota fue bienvenida . Nos vamos enamorándose de este paraíso.

The house was quaint and the property was nice with the cabana and yard space for kicking a ball around. While the property could have made for a great vacation location, we were underwhelmed by the lack of offerings from the host, and the lack of attention to cleanliness. For what we paid, a few extras would have gone a long way. Be prepared to bring most of what you need….few toiletries, no games , no cleaners, very little purified water offered. Very few extras provided. We made the best of it because the home is in a wonderful location with a great view. Note, upstairs bedrooms do not have a good fire exit- we did not have kids sleep up there because of this. Li, the property manager, was patient and responsive.
