Apartment Mare is located on the ground floor of a newly built house in the Dalmatian style. It is intended for everyone who wants to feel the charms of the Mediterranean and relax in its magic: the sun, the scents of herbs, colors, the silence or just listening to crickets. Start the day on the sunny terrace or wait for the sunset by the pool. Beaches and swimming in the crystal clear sea or walks in the old city are only a few minutes' walk from you. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), kitchen, dining room, living room (TV), bathroom, separate toilet, covered terrace and swimming pool. Parking within the building is reserved for two cars and is free of charge. Villa Mare has access for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchairs.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Murter, surrounded by family houses and houses for tourist rent. The location is excellent, a few minutes away from all facilities: restaurants, shops, pharmacy, local market. The island has several beaches that are known for their beauty, and they are 5 to 10 minutes away by car (Podvrške, Čigrađa,Slanica etc.). Murter is an island connected to the mainland by a free bridge. It is important to know that during the summer, every day between 9 and 9:30 A.M. and 5 and 5:30 P.M. the bridge is raised in order for ships to pass, so it is closed to car traffic during that period. The nearest airport is in Zadar, 68 km away.
Parking spaces on public areas can be paid for on the machines installed in the parking lots (coins) or by sending an SMS to the corresponding number. Parking controllers are obliged to give each vehicle a maximum of 15 minutes of free parking. On the beaches, parking is charged separately, and depending on the beach and the arrangement, the price ranges from around €5 per day.
