Great place to stay, close to everything. Grocery store is right across the street. Marina is 2 minutes away.
We loved our stay here! Very comfortable, very spacious, especially for how many people we had in the house, didn’t feel packed. Loved how clean the place is. Location is very convenient, walking distance to market, less than 5 mins from Bear Lake restaurants and shakes. 10-15 minute drives to multiple beaches. We wished that the wifi worked better, only worked the first day and then it stopped working for the remainder of trip. Other than that, we had a great experience! Definitely worth to come back to. Hosts were also great! Very responsive and friendly.

Had a great stay, thank you Jeanne and Jason!!! We stayed a weekend, our only concern was no access to a pantry for longer stays with larger families, otherwise very clean, awesome ac, and comfortable.
We had a wonderful time visiting bear lake. This townhome was inviting and had everything we needed. Close to the Lake and downtown garden city. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Lots of natural lighting and open space in the home. The only thing that could be improved is installing in some blackout curtains in the two rooms facing the street; the neighborhood lights were on at night, making it a little bright in those rooms. Regardless, this is a wonderful place to stay and owned by great hosts.

Hi there! We're Jeanne and Jason and we're looking forward to hosting guests at our Bear Lake home, affectionately called "Bear Necessities"! We work so we can travel, and are hoping to check off the remaining two continents off our bucket list. We first went to Bear Lake after a year of moving to Utah after hearing so much about the area, and were not disappointed. We hope that you love your stay at our home.
