La note correspondante fait suite à la démolition de deux maisons juste à côté de la notre dont nous avons subit le bruit toute la semaine du matin au soir. Il aurait été honnête de nous prévenir avant ainsi que de faire un geste commercial pour le désagrément. De plus, la piscine était excessivement chargée en chlore , ma femme a eu les cheveux verts, nos ongles étaient aussi de couleur vert et les maillots de bains bon pour la poubelle. Par rapport au prix et à d'autres logements, nous regrettons d'avoir eu le ménage une seule fois après cinq jours ainsi que le remplacement des serviettes et les draps du lits. Les points positifs, la gentillesse du personnel, du propriétaire ainsi que l'emplacement.

I’m loathe to write a negative review for an air B&B but I think ethically it’s important to warn others of this issue so they don’t go through the nightmare we just have. Pedro’s place is in a great location near the main strip in Sanur, the place needs a little t and c but we had no issues with that. Towards the end of our stay we realized that the place was infested with bed bugs. My husband had a reaction first but we thought it was mosquito bites. I didn’t show any bites at that time but days later I have 300 plus bites. We moved to a hotel on the last night. I let Pedro know and he agreed to a 50% refund, we washed our clothing and rewashed our clothing when we got home but have also had to get an exterminator and take days off work to ensure we didn’t bring the pests into our home. The whole ordeal has caused us almost $1000 so I thought it was only fair to request a full refund on further thought, which Pedro denied. I think it’s only the right thing to do is let others know.

We used the accommodation for our first few days on Bali to get rid of the „jet lag“ and chill a few days on the picturesque beaches of Sanur. Sanur is a really peaceful and beautiful place in Bali and good for families and children. We (a married couple from Germany) liked our stay in Liko Ledo in Sanur. The beach was only a 5min-walk away. The cottage was in a side alley and really quiet, but the busy road with lots of shops and restaurant very near, so you didn’t have to walk far to get to the busy life of Sanur. The private pool was really a nice addition and to have it only for yourself. The garden was really well maintained. The cottage, especially the bath was not that clean for european standards, but for Bali it was okay. The aircondition didn’t work right or maybe we didn’t operate it right, so it was a little bit too warm in the rooms. But the location of the accommodation and the private pool outweighed all of it. Pedro was really nice, helpful and a quick responder.

We had a relaxing 10-day stay at Liko Ledo. The villa is intimate and even nicer than the pictures. The pool is clean and refreshing and the villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pedro and his staff were very helpful and communicated well. The location is excellent. I rate the property 4 stars but I would have given it 5 stars if it had a better, more powerful air-conditioner and openable windows with insect screens. Overall, this property is great value for money.
