We had a wonderful stay at this Santa Marta home! Its location was perfect, close to vibrant restaurants and a lively town square with music and dancing. Despite the outside music, it wasn't disruptive for us or our kids when sleeping. The open-air kitchen and rooftop pool/lounge areas were delightful. The house and linens were clean. The bathrooms, although very clean, were in need of a little love. We only used rooms 1-6 on the ground floor, but some of bathrooms didn't get hot water. The home is unique due to its open air concept, but totally safe and secure. Bring bug spray when visiting this area of Colombia. Our host was attentive and responsive to all our needs. We loved the location on a non-drivable street leading to a fun area with a cool vibe. Grocery store is also right on the corner. Bonus! Laundry service upon request was nice too! This house is perfect for large groups!! Overall, staying here was a great experience!

We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and balconies. The pool was the perfect size for our 6 and 11 year olds. The location is amazing, on a quiet street 1 block from all of the action and short walk to beaches, etc. The owners were responsive and accommodating (let us check in early)! The only downside is the barking dog that can be heard from some bedrooms early in the mornings. Don’t expect the most modern facilities as the place is in a historic building in an old city, but the AC in the rooms worked very well and it had everything we needed for an absolutely amazing vacation!
