Suite was clean and well stocked with dishes and towels. Nice layout and big balcony. Lots of things to do around the resort. Easy access to pool towels and never a problem finding a spot around the pool. Like that the pools were open until 10pm but wish the other amenities were too. Would stay again.

Very clean room and great facilities, especially the pools for the family. The slide wasn’t open when we were there (March 2024), which was a bummer. Staff was very friendly. Minus one star for all the timeshare chat during check-in. We had been on the road and the kids were antsy to get out of the car so I didn’t appreciate the 20-minute talk despite me persistently saying we were not interested in seeing the presentation. Otherwise, nice place and good value.

We loved our stay here! Kids didn't want to leave and are already asking to go back! Super comfy beds, clean and spacious, and the pool/waterslide was a huge hit!

The only thing bad, I can say was that since this is a timeshare /hotel, the hotel is in charge of your check in. After we drove 13 hrs, we got there at 8:15pm and our room was not ready. The guy said, there were no other room available. We had to wait, until someone cleaned it. That is not the host fault. We were super tired and with a 6 month old that was exhausted. The room was huge and clean had a huge kitchen, all utencils and pots to cook. It had 3 pools, barbecue, a bar with very reasonable prices, a small restaurant. Close to super Walmart, Pollo tropical, Mc Donalds, Beaches etc. Everything was clean and washer and dryer on each floor free.. They have alot of activities, for adults and kids. They have a spa, hair and nail salon. Overall it was great, and definitely will be back.
