Barbara has a lovely apartment in the centre of old Vélez-Málaga. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Made use of the sunny outside space all through the day. The building was secure, quiet and well lit. We are a family with a teenager and were staying the week fof a wedding locally. Car hire worked well and we had discounted overnight parking for a week, very close to the flat. Driving straight forward once we'd worked out the street system! Used local transport and taxi on occasion both very reasonable. Some great food places locally too.

well located apartment on the top floor, the kitchen is good, everything you need for cooking is there, the bathroom is reasonably large and the shower is very good, we used the balcony in front of the greenhouse window both for breakfast and sometimes for the midday coffee. there is a lot to see many beautiful churches and then there are castle ruins that are within walking distance, we had our laptop and connected it to a big cool tv where we could be filled with news from home and we had the evening we had a very nice time we watch netflix with strawberry chocolate. We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and we strongly recommend this apartment and Barbara as a host.

Everything was great, spend a month there. The apartment is very nice and good equipped, everything is just as at the pictures. A little cold at nights (it was February), but there is an air conditioner and radiator so it's easy to solve the problem. It's quite and sunny, a few nice restaurants around. Barbara is really friendly, even came from other city to have a coffee with us and show around.

We had a fantastically relaxing week at Barbara's apartment in a lovely quiet area of Velez. Barbara was a wonderful host and regularly communicated with us to make sure all was well. The apartment was spotless, light and airy, tastefully furnished, the bed was really comfy, the shower was great and we loved the views over the rooftops to the mountains. Thank you so much, Barbara. We really hope to return soon!

Barbara's flat is beautifully decorated and an amazing place to stay if you are in this area of Spain. It is in the old town and so parking close by is a bit of a challenge but Barbara could not have been more helpful in trying to guide us in the right direction! Once we were in, though, we were delighted with the flat and the great views across the town from the south facing terrace. Barbara is a brilliant host and we met her in Malaga, which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Velez-Malaga.
