We had a family Christmas reunion at this home. Brett had decorated the whole home with just enough Christmas joy. And made everyone feel like it was our own home. Living/dining room was perfect for dinners and just to hang out afterwards. The kitchen had everything. It was nice to have king size beds in most of the bedrooms. And to have a bathroom on each floor. The apartment was perfect also. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to this little gem. It was off season, so very peaceful. And the lake changed color and moods everyday. Brett was great to work with and was opened to working with everything for the reunion. Lots of memories where made. Just a wonderful time! Will be back in two years for sure!

This was the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Most of them are comfortable, but still feel a little like a hotel or guest house, and provide only basic items and haphazard decor. This lake house felt like home. The furnishings were like what I would buy for my own house. The pantry and refrigerator had basic food items that I would have at home, plus an abundance of quality cookware and appliances like a Ninja blender and an air fryer. This house was obviously well-prepared for large groups and kids of all ages. There was a toddler-size table and chairs for the little kids, a bouncer for the baby, baby gate installed on the stairs, boardgames for every age, coloring pencils and paper, a well-stocked playroom, over a dozen life jackets of every size, sand toys, kayaks, and plenty of beach towels and throw blankets. I hope we get the privilege of staying here again, we enjoyed every minute of it!

Father day weekend with all my brothers was a blast! Place is very spacious! Bunked room and king bed and bath on top floor with garage access. Master room and bathroom on main floor with living room, dining room kitchen (kitchen was will stocked ) large family deck and bbq. Down stairs two queen bed room the most comfortable couch ever!!! And deck with fire pit. Bathroom and laundry room with a Kids play area! The play area was amazing!!!!! The kids all loved it. Guess apt a few steps out side with a loft ,king and bunk bed and kitchen. This house gave my family lots of space to still be together and have our own space! The water area has everything ! Floaties snorkeling gear paddle boards canoe sand toys , kayak and every size of life jacket!!! We didn’t need to bring ours. The kids enjoy jumping off the doc and fishing. The host is fast at messaging. And very helpful. We will book here again.

Brett's place was magnificent! We had a wonderful stay there. The house is awesome and well equipped. The lake is beautiful. If you are not aware of Loon Lake it is truly a hidden gem in Eastern WA. The water is pristine and great for swimming, boating and other water activities. The house is perfect for family or even multiple family gatherings. Lots of nice amenities provided. Decks to enjoy beautiful sunsets docks to swim and fish off of. Plenty of beds and places to spread out. Brett was very responsive and helpful. You won't be sorry. One thing to note though, there are stairs down to the beach and the lake dock. So if you have someone elderly with bad knees or hips it may be a bit difficult for them to get down to the beach. For anyone else in decent health there would be no problem. Overall this is an exceptional place to get away and relax.
