I have just stayed in Cassys apartment for 2 nights over my wedding ! how beautiful! such a lovely location and gorgeous view ! I stayed there with my mum and children the night before the wedding , plenty of apace for us as it had a pull put sofa too! then had hairdresser , videographer and makeup artist all come over in the morning while I was getting ready and we still had plenty of room! and they all commented on what a lovely apartment it was. myself and my husband thn returned after our wedding for our second night , and it was just so lovely and peaceful waking up by the waters edge. Cassy was extremely helpful, she was very flexible with check in and check out times to make sure our weeked didn't seem rushed which made things alot easier. she was also always quick at responding to my messages if we needed any help and very kind person. so we had a fantastic stay! 10 times better than staying in a hotel !!! apartment extremely clean and tidy . thankyou so much 💓

A grate place to stay while visiting Exeter. Very easy to find, quiet and with a beautiful view of the river. Very clean and ideal for a family. In walking distance from Exeter Quayside where you can find wonderful cafés, restaurants and pubs. Cassy was very helpful and always responsive to our communication. When we revisit Exeter we will definitely try to book this property again.

The e location is amazing. Walking up and down the Quay was gorgeous and it’s close to Double Locks. It’s not in the main city so it is private and peaceful. But it’s close enough to the city that everywhere delivers- we ordered a take away and had no trouble with choice. The flat is lovely. The big window is stunning and it’s so relaxing having a morning coffee looking out over the water. Host is lovely. She met me for check in and was so easy to chat to. Flat was spotless. Provided everything utility wise which is so helpful.

We just loved the view from the living room of herons, swans & boats. Lovely walk to the Turf inn from outside the door. Also very easy to get into central Exeter. Our only regret was having to leave early due to family illness. We will definitely come back.
