Great location next to Union Square with the tram line literally at doorstep. Walgreens, Seven Eleven, Starbucks and few meters away. Free coffee, drinking water, cookies, apples at reception. Can’t ask for a better base from which to explore downtown San Francisco. Room is tight but everything works. Walls a bit thin so night owl and noisy neighbours can disturb one’s rest but that’s no fault of the host. My only comment is housekeeping. As a hotel they don’t clean the rooms daily or even alternate days. I placed the Clean Room Please notice and it was still untended at the end of day when I returned. But we could live with that given everything else work so well for us. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, thanks!

The room was very clean, and comfortable. It was nice to have a bar in the lobby area so as to grab a happy hour or late night drink. The only disappointment, which had nothing to do with the wonderful room, was that the downtown tea of San Francisco has gotten quite quiet with many empty storefronts.

Ein tolles Hotel in perfekter zentraler Lage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber und auch die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Es stand immer Wasser, Tee, Kaffee und Obst zur Verfügung. Auch eine Mikrowelle konnte genutzt werden. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat Wünsche super schnell umgesetzt. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war wirklich top! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Con mi hija alojamos 5 o 6 noches, 6to piso tranquilo 2 ascensores correctos. Llegamos temprano no pudimos hacer check in antes 16 hrs. Si nos dejaron guardar carry on. Veniamos 16 hrs de viaje desde chile a.mia y mia sfo. Lugar correcto, lobby y bar que cumplen. Buen barrio central con transp publico para todos lados de ida y vuelta. Bart al aeropuerto 25 minutos 11 o 12 dolares. Al llegar nos vinimos en un bus 398 creo 1 hora y 20 min x 2 dolares x persona. Casi nadie paga transp publico. Nosotros si compramos clipper. Un bar a 10 mts de todo mi gusto gran variedas cervezas con muchas tv con deportes. Lo unico q esperabamos y no tenia era lavanderia. Lavamos ropa como a 2 cuadras en stockton. Check out bastante rapido 1 o 2 minutos. Gran ciudad pese a los homeless y algunos q vimos inyectandose. Venimos sudamerica no nos afecta tanto. Todo cerca del hotel barrio chino. Ferry building, barrio financiero, museo sf moma.
