Ross's place is lovely. Top quality bed linen, towels, cutlery and dishes. The welcome pack was very generous. Ross is a very nice person and did absolutely everything right as a host. The village is nice and quiet. Our highlight was Castle Leslie in The beautiful Graslough Village.

We had a lovely stay in Room 14. Very cosy & comfy and well kitted out with everything we could need. Really useful info left on area and things to do. Nice quiet spot with lovely walks nearby. Would definitely stay again. Great hosts, very friendly and super responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Room 14 is a lovely place to stay. We loved the decor of the apartment it felt cosy and luxurious with great attention to detail. Ross and Orla were great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The welcome hamper was wonderful ! along with a really lovey message. I would definitely recommend Room 14 and hope to visit again in the future. Michelle Fiona & Masie

What a fantastic stay! Ross and Orla are absolutely the most considerate and helpful hosts you can imagine. They make you feel right at home without ever intruding upon your space. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with new furniture (the *new* bed is so comfortable), lovely bathroom and great kitchen with everything you need. And there were so many treats! From the welcome gourmet snacks, all local fare, to the soothing bath products. (Tbh it felt more like a 5 star boutique hotel) But the real draw is the surrounding area. The forests are incredible, the rolling hills peaceful and intensely green, you can walk for hours and not see another soul except for maybe a cow. At the same time though, the town of Cootehill is just a ten minute bus ride away (Ross and Orla advised that O’Leary’s is the place for great coffee and they weren’t wrong!). After checkout Ross offered to drive me to the bus station 25 mins away. Seriously wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Ross's place is the most beautiful and loveliest of all. We arrived to a very warm welcome from him and a well stocked apartment😉. He has every bit you would need in a home in place in his beautiful apartment. His apartment is quiet, cozy and clean. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for that escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
