We stayed at Ryan's place for the weekend in Eagle River. It is a cute and cozy little apartment; a little dated but has charm. Clean, comfortable (the carpet was so soft), and well equipped with a full functional kitchen (which we did not utilize). It was a little warm for our liking, and we did not want to turn the thermostat down too much. We live in the interior and prefer cooler temps inside. Our son, a six and a half foot football player, crashed on the pull out couch bed and gave it 4 out of 5 stars on comfort and fit lengthwise! We also enjoyed the HUGE TV. Ryan's place is conveniently located, with a lot of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Other than that, it was perfect and peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the replies from the host were lighting fast when answering our questions, and it was super easy to check in! Thank you, Ryan!

Place was just as described, very cozy, comfortable and clean. Instruction were proactive, key was easy to find, great parking and you can see your car easily from unit. Area is walkable, well lit and pretty. Bed was very comfy and my kids really enjoyed playing uno and jenga. The desk/work station and Wi-Fi were a great bonus. Host was kind, responsive and proactive. We would definitely stay again:)

The space has its good and not so good points. The Good: The space was clean and neat. Large TV, comfortable bed, very nice of the host to leave some individual toiletries out (super nice). The kitchen had dishes and was clean. Of course the location is great, walking to a nice place to eat, etc. The not so good (I hesitate to use bad, it wasnt bad) - I have stayed a lot of Airbnb's. - The outlets in the main room where worn, I can tell because my plug for my computer kept slipping out. Specifically the one in the dining area. - The bathroom and kitchen where old, but in good working order. - The laundry in the hallway was as they stated, but very inconvenient. It takes quarters (which of course I didnt have, and couldnt get) - the neighbors across the hall smokes a ton of weed. The smell was not in the unit, but strong in the hall - The use of a key is very very inconvenient. - There where no black out shades. Not terrible in Sept, but I cant imagine in July

This was a very nice place in town. Very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is would be the fireplace. There wasn’t a shield or cover so the smoke crept in. Other than that this place is great! I recommend!
