The apartment has excellent wifi, 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and newly-renovated shower room. Regularly used by the family, it has a real home-from-home, relaxed and comfortable ambiance. The Smugglers Table and Dufferin Arms are nearby and both serve excellent food. Having all the amenities of village-life (shops, pubs etc), The Quay is in its own wee enclave by the sea! Views over Strangford Lough. > Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. > Large living room and kitchen including dining area with fold-away table and dresser, 4-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs, TV, electric 'stove' heater, kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, juicer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher. > beds are made and towels are provided. > you will also receive a Welcome Pack of essentials to get you started. > some emergency toiletries are provided free of charge. > parking onsite (1 car) but plenty of additional parking nearby if needed. > unfortunately, The Quay development only allows owners' dogs so pets are not allowed. >the apartment is not suitable for children under 7 years due to Juliette balcony (I couldn't sleep if wee ones were in the flat for fear they would fall!). > I only live a 20 min drive away and am available to help with any issues if they arise.
