Newly built, elegant Villa Polina enjoys a wonderful sea view and is located near the famous Santa Margherita beach and the splendid natural reserve Monte Cofano. The villa consists of 3 floors with a veranda, a garden and a large terrace with jacuzzi (all floors have a sea view including the veranda, the garden and the terrace). The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and free WiFi accessible in all spaces including the garden and the terrace. Villa Polina is rented entirely and is divided as follows: ‑ Ground floor: entrance to a living room with a kitchen, veranda with a table and chairs, 1 bathroom with a shower, a hand shower and a window; the kitchen is equipped with a large "side-by-side" fridge (produces ice cubes, crashed ice and fresh water), an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave oven, a toster, an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher; a washing machine, a dryer and an iron; 55" smart TV, a comfortable corner sofa where it is possible to sleep; ground floor has entrance to a private garden with a green lawn equipped with a large dining table and chairs, and a full barbeque area; ‑ First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a king size bed 180x200 and a balcony, 1 double bedroom with a king size bed 180x200 and 1 bedroom with a single bed); 1 bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a window; all bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning; ‑ Second floor: 1 attic double bedroom equipped with a corner sofa bed, a wardrobe, a wine cellar, a Nespresso coffee machine, a wardrobe and air conditioning; 1 bathroom with a shower and a window. From the bedroom you enter directly into a large terrace with jaccuzzi and relaxation lounge. A free set of bedlinen / towels is provided per guest per each week of stay, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer are available in all bathrooms. Free cleaning is provided once a week. On request, during the week, additional cleaning and/or additional bedlinen / towels could be ordered for a fee.
