1. You have access to the hotel next door, including pool, dock, clubhouse and beach! 2. Directly on the waterfront - your view will be directly of the river, with green space to lounge right out front - no road will separate you and the river from your living space (very few listings in Sebastian can offer this!) 3. Directly adjacent to the city park - enjoy a secluded paradise, but walk right out to the riverwalk and city park, 30 seconds from your door!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and our host was very responsive and accommodating. The home was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Definitely looking forward to returning.
Dolphins! As we sat relaxing on the covered porch, dolphins literally came up and rolled around in front of us. The water is very close, with abundant wildlife. There is a very large walking/jogging path right next door, down the street there was a free outdoor concert on the weekend and a multitude of restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed Mobay and Earl's. Earls is an experience where ALL is welcome, never a dull moment! Super clean, private, king bed was sooo comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you'll need except food.. coffee & tea were provided, tho. Just grocery shop and relax! The only thing to be aware of in this home is the living room and bathroom are a little tight, if that is a concern. IMHO, four people could fit just fine. Great place that we will re-visit for sure.
The apartment is very nice, beautiful views with amazing sunrises and close enough to walk to most of the restaurants on Indian River Drive. It was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. I found the king bed comfortable, it was too hard for my husband’s liking. There is enough room to sleep 4, but the bathroom is very small and i think it would be best suited for 2 adults or a small family. I would definitely stay there again.
The location is great as we come to this area for family during the holidays and decided to try a new place and did not disappoint.

This neighborhood is the heart of Sebastian. Nestled at the southern of Sebastian's riverfront area, your oasis is located right against Sebastian's Riverview Park. This is where craft shows, the annual Clam Bake Festival, the 4th of July Celebration and all happen here! A playground, beach volleyball, and plenty of shade await.
Across the street is the Splash Pad, perfect for the kids Paradise Ice Cream. Conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Country Ham & Egg (breakfast), Speedway, Dunkin Donuts, Pareidolia Brewing (craft beer bar), Portside Pub & Grill, Mulligans (waterfront seafood) and more.
The entire Sebastian riverfront sidewalk can be covered in 30-minutes. A 15-minute walk north on the riverfront will land you at Main Street Dock, the middle of the riverfront. Be sure to check out the famous Mel Fisher's Treasure Museum, exciting for kids & adults alike. Another 15-minutes will let you explore the other half of Sebastian's riverfront, with plenty of bars and restaurants!
Parking is onsite and free. If you want to explore the riverfront, you really won't even need a car - you can walk the entire riverfront in 30-minutes each way (about 1.5 miles to the end of the sidewalk).
We are a 13-minute drive from I-95, a 20-minute drive from the city of Vero Beach, and a 14-minute drive from our favorite Atlantic Beach, Golden Sands Park.
