Had a wonderful weekend in Docking. A great base for exploring the surrounding areas of nearby towns, villages and beaches. The cottage is beautifully presented and very clean. The cottage had everything that we needed for our stay. The welcome pack & chalk art in the kitchen was beautifully illustrated and informative which I found really helpful. Communication was excellent throughout. Have had a lovely relaxing break and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Alanna.

We enjoyed our time at the property. We liked the cottage's location because of the accessibility to the things we wanted to do. The cottage is well looked after and equipped with the amenities we wanted. The interactions with the host were responsive, polite and friendly. We had a nice time and would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Everything was absolutely brilliant at this charming and very comfortable cottage. It suited everyone in our group from my 6 and 8 year old daughters to my elderly parents. There were thoughtful touches everywhere such as a grip mat for the bath, the shortest cycle marked on the washing machine etc. Everything was very well explained and thought out. We know and love this part of Norfolk and we’re delighted to find Docking is extremely well located for all the best attractions (everything seemed to be maximum 10 minutes away!) thank you so much, we had a wonderful holiday.

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The night lights and the buckets and spades were an added bonus for my three year old. The place was actually bigger than we thought it was going to be and seeing deer every morning out the back was magical. Thanks Alanna!
