The sauna is one of the best in the world. Staff were incredibly helpful. Staying again.
for a hostel, it's priced a bit higher. However, you get amenities such as the sauna. The communication with the host via airbnb message is non existent. You will be able to find an employee inside on the 3rd floor from 10am. They don't speak English but they will use a translator for you. The sleeping quarter was clean, I had the best rest during my tour here. There is a lot ambient noises from outside if you are sensitive. Check out was simple. Again, no employee was present till 10 if you want them to hold your luggage for 110 yen. Overall, it's a 4 out 5.

It was not where the entrance and the exit was... But when I arrived before check-in time the receptionist was very helpful😍😍
dope location, awesome sauna included, place smells AMAZING! one of the roomier capsule hotels I've stayed in. couple things - first, the listing is for the coed dorm. there is also a women only dorm, I guess one could reach out ahead of time and try to reserve that instead. I felt super comfortable and had no issues in coed, but just an fyi. second, when you get to the elevator, the lodging section is on the 2nd floor and the sauna section is on the 3rd. but the checkin is actually on the 3rd floor for both, so start there. the staff spoke no English and I speak no Japanese, but they were very patient with me and we communicated through G0ogle translate and a little gadget they had at the desk. thank you guys so much!!
