Amazing apartment in a fabulous location. Lots of wonderful restaurants close by. Close to two metro stations so very easy to get around. Lovely vacation rental!

My family and I stayed (7 and a baby) for spring break and we had a wonderful time in Paris. The apartment is in a very good location, supermarket a few steps away and you could find many restaurants and shops around. It was a very comfortable place and we felt right at home. Jairo and Louis were always very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

Louis & Jairo’s place was amazing!! We loved how private it was and also near to a lot of shops/restaurants. It was pretty and we all had a great time! Very accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing! 3 adults, my wife and I and older mother in law and 2 kids, 9&12. A Fabulous location. Wonderful neighborhood with cafes and bakeries and restaurants galore! Super helpful hosts. A little pricey but worth it because of the location, in my opinion. Make sure you can lug bags up and down the spiral staircase!

Louis is a great host. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. A previous guest had burnt a hole in one of the pans and they were quickly replaced with new ones. The house is not the best for long stays, we were here for 10 days. There is no freezer but a huge fridge. Half of the pots do not work on the induction cooker, and it is not setup well for you to cook your own meals for a large group. It is easy to cook for 2-4. Plenty of coffee and tea options in the house. If you plan to cook for a family of 6, it's not the best setup. The house is designed to be a short rental and not a home. There is a working office literally next door and is very noisy during the day. I noticed after booking someone mentioned a privacy issue. There is no privacy at night when in the dining room. The doors in the upstairs bedrooms are sliding doors with no locks and the bathroom door lock upstairs didnt work. We loved the location and neighborhood. Their caretaker is absolutely wonderful.
