This home was the best of both worlds when it comes to an AirB&B and the traditional Bed and Breakfast. We had a group of 12 and rented out the entire house. Ralph and Elena live in an adjoining, but totally separate apartment and came in only to deliver breakfast and coffee on the kitchen island by 8am each morning. It was delicious! Crepes one morning, muffins the next. Ralph & Elena are very respectful of personal space, so it felt more like the breakfast had magically appeared overnight. :) The space itself is recently remodeled and has all of the amenities we could have needed. It was super clean, had high quality linens, spacious gathering areas, amazing kitchen, ample parking, and in an excellent location (less than 4 minute walk from downtown Boothbay). For our large group of friends in town for a wedding, we couldn't have picked a better place. Ralph and Elena certainly go the extra mile and I highly recommend staying here!
