Our family had an incredible experience at this property. It came 100% as advertised; perfect for peace and quiet - perfect for a family gathering! Views and property layout were exceptional. Our hosts were friendly and available for the few questions we had. Location in mid-coast, and proximity to Pemaquid Point, New Harbor, Damariscotta, Boothbay, etc. was so convenient! In a nutshell, this New Year's getaway was exactly what our family was looking for! Thank you, Tyler and Shauna!!!

Wow. This is one of those places that's even better than the pictures! 6 stars across the board, after a family stay over the Christmas holiday, with multiple people and 2 dogs. I'm still dreaming about the property -- a gorgeous expansive home on peaceful, private point, with a tidal coast, "bird TV" all day out the window and endless Maine coastal scenery in all weather. I especially loved daily morning yard exploration with the dogs and coffee, cooking for the family, evening baths and the stone fireplace. Highlights included: - Extremely responsive hosts, finish to start -- super impressive! Very welcoming, clear and top-notch - Beautiful, super-clean, spacious, comfortable classy house, with plenty of room for all to stretch out - Awesome well-appointed kitchen - with nice appliances (espresso/coffee, great stove, vitamix!), spices -- everything we needed for family dinners around the large table I could go on and on. Incredible spot for Maine family adventures!

This place is perfect for a peaceful and private getaway. Situated on a spacious lot right on a picturesque cove, this location offers wonderful ocean views during the day and lovely stargazing at night. The house spacious and equipped with everything one would want in a fully furnished home. In particular, the kitchen is well-stocked with what one needs to make a home-cooked meal. The central room is a natural gathering place with spectacular outdoor views and an attractive central fireplace. Despite being located in a quiet, rural setting, there is plenty to do in the area even in the off season. Just a short drive away are several quality grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. Tyler, the host, is exceptionally responsive, helpful, and friendly. He provided us with several spot-on recommendations of what to do in the area during our stay. We always felt that we could reach out to him with any questions we had. In sum, this is a terrific place! Highly recommended.

This place is fantastic. The private waterfront with the acreage and wildlife is everything you would want in a Maine vacation. Everything is awesome.
