Our stay was okay! But the rooms need updating, beds not very comfortable and outdated. There was a noticeable smell as if pets were staying there. We found the upstairs floorboards creaked a lot and so every step woke up our newborn baby. Tim however was helpful and responded to our questions promptly. Very nice guy.

Tim has been a fantastic host, he even put his own stamp popping over to say hello. I loved it and it di make the whole experience more memorable I feel. The house is lovely and spacious in a great location close to everything in Worthing. There is space to park 2/3 cars at the front, the garden is pleasant and the neighbourhood very welcoming. Shame the house was taken or we would have rented it out for another 2 months! Thanks Tim!!

The house was spacious and big rooms. Lovely little garden. The house has all you need and everything worked. Thank you Great location to Worthing Beach Pier 10 minute drive. Lovely local art and craft shops. Was a welcomed lovely break for us as a family and great value especially during the summer holidays. Really good Gluten and dairy free fish and chips 3 mins away. Local Tescos extra walking distance and 2 min drive to big Sainsburys with petrol station. Definitely worth doing the Team sports Karting we did it as a family and was an excellent experience.
