The best views in whole Manuel Antonio! Room is very spacious and perfect for family or group of friends, there are 2 double beds, tv, fridge, kitchen fully equipped, private bathroom and the terrace with breath-taking view. 8 minutes walking down the hill to Playa Espadilla. 10 minutes with the car to the National Park! Manuel Antonio is just a place to be! Our property is situated on a hill with a great Ocean View. There are Villas for the guests, 11 rooms in total. They are separated in different levels and places in property so there is a peace and a privacy. The abundance of wildlife is present each day in between our villas. We are constantly visited by monkeys, slots, lizards, many kind of birds.. You can hear them all around and be really close with them! The close by National Park is full of biodiversity, so special for Costa Rica! There is many tours you can take, like boat tours for dolphin and whale watching.. it is incredible experience. Beaches with jungle around are stunning!

Bait and switch occurred. This is not a Apartment. This is a large family room layout in a roadside motel. Carlos is not an owner but a marketing guy from San Jose and the Russian owner says she "no like him" and we feel they took it out on us for being there under his booking. Why don't you call this place the name of the hotel instead of making it seem like an apartment in a private residence. Pics do not match room. So dirty with bug infestation we didn't unpack anything. Representative may not be 100% truthful.

Great location, AMAZING VIEWS (this outweighed all else), but not particularly clean, with lackluster wifi. Kitchen was great! Location is lovely, town is incredible, did I mention the view?! Well worth a visit, but not if you require immaculate, bug-free accommodations.

Really close to our property is a great restaurant to celebrate or simply enjoy, there are terraces with the jungle around, really good typical kitchen the name is La Cantina.
The closest beach is Playa Espadilla, 5 minutes down the hill from our property, and you can enjoy many places if you take a walk there, I recommend to eat Casados in Kacha.
The less visited beach that is wonderful and locals choose it for go with families is Playa Biesanz, more calm water perfect for swim and jungle surrounding.
The National Park is of course incredible!
If you are going to be in Manuel Antonio on a Friday or Saturday I recommend the farmers market in Quepos. It is one of the bigger ferias in the area and it offers abundance of local products, tropical fruits veggies home made cheese, bread, pies, ice-creams, hand crafted souvenirs and more.
Scuba diving, snorkeling, sea kayaking, mountain biking, and hiking provide opportunities to experience the tropical wildlife that enriches Manuel Antonio.

At the door there is a bus station, buses are going in every 20 minutes, to the center of town Manuel Antonio is 10 minutes, 15 minutes drive to National Park, 10 minutes drive to Quepos.
