You're going to love this primitive tiny home on wheels, called Queen Ann's Place. Nestled into a young forest full of wildlife, it is the perfect little getaway. You also get access to our Clubhouse [shared with other guests], which has a bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. Tucked away on our 7 acre, private campground, called Fallen Tree. Enjoy your very own yard with a private firepit, and a great spot to stargaze. Located right next door to Chain O’Lakes State Park. Queen Ann's Place is primitive, meaning no running water or electricity. There is a propane heater to warm the space. We have solar lights hung up and provide a jug of water. You will park in our driveway and take a short trail to this secluded tiny home on wheels. There is a Clubhouse that has a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and dining area. This space is shared with other guests! We house 22 chickens [6 different breeds] and 2 geese. The geese are Lucy and Tess. They are in a large fenced-in area along the trails. We are located directly next to Chain O’Lakes State Park. We have a park pass that we loan out during stays.

The bus gets a little hot in the afternoon sun. Having a fan or temp controlled vent would keep it from feeling like an oven. Otherwise, very quiet and peaceful after getting used to rooster wake-ups.

It was such a beautiful place to stay! The campground was so peaceful and well taken care of. The clubhouse and bathrooms are so clean and welcoming. The campground itself is beautiful. We loved sitting by the firepit and enjoying the ambiance. The bus itself was so romantic and private. It was the perfect spot for a night away with my husband. When we stayed it was raining through the night, and the sounds of raindrops on the roof was so relaxing. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming! They made sure we had everything we could need. There was so much kindling provided, we didn’t even need to use logs (but there were a ton of logs there too)! We would definitely visit again! We might even make it an annual thing!
We absolutely loved our stay in the renovated bus. It was so intimate and cozy. We cannot wait to go back.
If you’re looking for a gorgeous getaway for the night, this is your spot!! We had a wonderful experience here, even in early fall! Whitney and Jered were extremely friendly, accommodating, and made our experience even more memorable! Our favorite part had to be the fairy lit trails :) Looking forward to coming back next season!

We live in he country, next to Chain O’Lakes State Park. It's quiet, except for the sounds of wildlife and some car noises in the far-off distance. Don'tbe surprised if you hear wild peacocks, they love the neighborhood.
