Abid is a great host he ensured by giving a call to make sure my queries were answered as I was traveling with my mom and had specific requests also the care taker Mosa is very proactive. He has a huge front yard to the place which is well maintained hence good space if you want to soak in the sun.The only issue we faced frequent electricity cuts. The location otherwise is 15-20 mins away from city center

Abid is a great host. Will definitely recommend this place. Just that it is situated a little far from the main market and attractions. Otherwise, an amazing stay.

Great location, beautiful rooms, great people. Most friendly and helpful host, lovely and great first impression of the stay. Everything about the stay was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Host was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. One of the best experience one can find in Kashmir

Room is exactly how it is described in the Airbnb.They have beautiful tea- set and all amenities are very good.Pls don't be hesitant to book in summer and other season . Things that didn't work for me : 1. Location provided in the Airbnb after wasn't correct.Had to call the owner to get the right location 2. Hot ac is not enough for cold temperature in winter.

Our stay was amazing at Fairlawns. Host Abid and Caretaker Musa were really helpful every step of the way and made our stay wonderful amidst the cold temperatures of Srinagar. The facilities were great and the caretaker was always responsive and available for support. Felt like home. The surroundings were also peaceful and closer to the airport. Easy to find transport right outside the gate. will definitely stay here again when I visit Srinagar.
