We stayed here for 2 nights. Experience was great. Felt like home. Special mention to Mansoor, he is very responsive and maintains the place well. Will miss Poha cooked by him.

Place is very good only problem was the location as it was bit far and you can't find auto quite regularly but other than that great place to stay and reall lovely home and mansoor bhai is a great person helped with everything.

Good place. Great locality: market at walkable distance. Dal lake, Boulevard Road & Tulip Garden are 10-12 mins away by car. Padshah was responsive and available to talk. Caretaker Mansoor was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Kitchen is maintained nicely.

neat, clean and quiet place yet easily accessible to markets or city using local transport or car. This place is not very close to the lake, around 2 km walking distance from dal. we booked the 3 bed room. It was a big and nicely decorated room , enough for 2 family/6 people. host was responsive and caretaker was a good guy. Felt like home with all comfort. this doesn't look luxury, have minimal things which all you need during your stay. We had a good experience and highly recommending place.

Staff is good, but there is hardly any food options available. So don't rely for food on them. Place is old furnished, has basic amenities like hot water and electric blanket.
