Smart TVs around the house. 🏖 Cool off in the well maintained, sparkling pool, overlooking a beautiful green belt 🏀 If they can’t sleep, send the kids to the game room which contains basketball, foosball, and darts 🎯 Plenty of backyard space for the kids to run around and play. Enjoyed a full week in Brian’s home for my daughter 4th birthday. Location is great close to many restaurants and activities. We mainly chose this home due to location, pool & size. The pool needs a vacuum as it had excessive algae, but I did reach out to Brian and he had the pool cleaner come out immediately! There were a few broken things we noticed around the house that could use maintenance like the pool net, the couch bed, one of the table chairs and the foosball table in the garage. would be a perfect stay once these things are attended to.😊

Other than the size of the home and location, we were very disappointed. when we came in we noticed several flooring trims and tiles missing. there's exposed metal on the second to the top stair. Checking out the poo outside, there was 2 crusty, used towels on the chairs and the trash was overflowing with very smelly garbage. there was delfalted pool toys around the pool area as well as diving toys inside the pool. The blinds in the kitchen door do not close. the bunk bed ladder was rickety and unsafe. there were exposed wires and holes in the walls. Stains on the floor. the wall was open and cut all around the shower in the master bathroom. it seemed like this house is unfinished and needs to have several projects completed.
