Our stay in Berkeley was pleasant overall, thanks to the quiet location and excellent communication with Fadi. However, cleanliness fell short of expectations. Notably, we encountered torn-up trash bag on the deck, likely from an animal. Also the inside had a lot of spots that still needed to be cleaned more thoroughly Despite this, the tranquility of the neighborhood was very peaceful.

Had a great stay for over two weeks. Location, neighborhood, and house were wonderful. The house was set-up with all of the necessary amenities. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. The front gate didn’t latch great, but it was an easy fix. We had snow during our stay and a snow removal service took care of clearing and salting the driveway. Truly great accommodations! Fedi is also very response and would quickly get back to us on any requests or questions. Would definitely stay again!

Fadi was a lovely host - very responsive and helpful when we had any need. We arrived late and there was an issue with getting in the house due to an incorrect code provided, but fortunately Fadi responded right away and it didn't delay us getting in long. The house was spacious and served the needs for our family of 4 well - just a few things I would recommend: 1. Turn down temp of hot water, it was scalding and can be a safety issue for young children 2. Make sure there are extra towels (he did send more when we requested, though!) 3. Ensure a couple basics are stocked in the kitchen - coffee, dishwasher pods, paper towels It was a great location, convenient for our needs, and we appreciate the stay!

Perfect house for our family to stay in over the Thanksgiving holiday. Dog friendly with a fenced in backyard, which is super helpful. The house has a lot of amenities and is in close proximity to restaurants and things to do. Fadi, the host was clear and prompting his communication and check-in was a breeze.
