If your looking for a place to have privacy yet feel at home, this is the perfect fit for you. The studio is most suited for 1-2 people. We do accept long stays… please note this is a basement studio and not a full house. Private basement suite. You may hear us from time to time as we do live in the main house. We do try to provide as much peace and privacy as possible. We are an extremely affordable option as a result of the possible noise transference. We are about 1.5 miles from Bank St. 1.2 miles from train. 1.2 miles from Ct college and coast guard. 12 min drive to mystic and about 7 min drive to sub base. Apt features a coffee bar, mini fridge, microwave, and fishing poles. Bedroom 1 -king bed and tv Bedroom 2 -full size bed and tv Private bathroom with stand up rain shower. Please provide your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you happen to forget something just message me, if I have it I’ll be happy to provide. We do accept pets however they do need to be added to your reservation, there is a pet fee. Pets must be crate trained when left, and all messes cleaned up after.
