Your neighborhood will be Peanut Island and the clear, warm, shallow, turquoise tropical water surrounding her.
Peanut Island is a tropical paradise with swaying palm trees, white sand beaches, mangroves, a 1 mile paved walking path, observation decks, fishing piers, a mangrove boardwalk and a reef boardwalk, the JFK bunker, a retired WWII coast guard station, maritime museum, snorkeling reefs, wading lagoon, antique boathouse, wildlife habitats and campsites.
From your berth on board you can roll out of bed and into ocean water before getting breakfast. Then catch some sun on the bow or on the beach and then snorkel with the ornamental tropical fish swimming around the boat and the island. You might grab the paddle boards and paddle around the island or to the sand bar for wading and meeting other folks.
Grill fresh fish for dinner and then relax on and around the queen size float, watching the sun go down. A quick, warm shower in the cockpit or in the two indoor showers and your ready for cocktails and games in the breeze on the aft deck or in the air-conditioned salon.

There is free parking at the marina, where your adventure begins and ends. You can wander around your “neighborhood” by paddle board, water taxi, kayak, swimming, or wading.
