Inside, you'll find two spacious living/family rooms, one on the main floor and another downstairs. The upstairs boasts a charming wood-burning fireplace and an extensive collection of books, while the lower level offers a large-screen TV, DVD player, a large selection of DVDs, and games. With four bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, our home accommodates up to 8 guests (please note: additional fees apply for over 4 guests). The master bedroom on the main floor includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom and bathroom are also on the main level, while two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are located downstairs, all featuring tubs and showers for your convenience. Our open-concept cottage kitchen, dining room, and living/family room feature expansive windows that frame breathtaking lake views. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge with a filtered water dispenser, an oven/stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. For outdoor adventures, we provide two kayaks and a paddleboard for exploring the lake. Bring your own boat and take advantage of our private dock. There's also a nearby boat launch for added convenience. Timothy Lake is a haven for water enthusiasts with no restrictions on activities. Despite its popularity, it remains relatively serene year-round. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, as well as water sports like water skiing, wakeboarding, and wake surfing. In the evenings, unwind by the lakeside fire pit while stargazing and creating lasting memories. **IMPORTANT NOTES** 1. **No Internet or WIFI**: Embrace the opportunity to connect with nature, yourself, and your loved ones without distractions. 2. **Fires**: Comply with any fire restrictions/bans during your stay. Propane fires are the only type allowed during a fire ban. 3. **Camping/Parking**: RV/trailer camping/parking and hookups are not permitted on-site. Boat trailers can be conveniently stored in the driveway. 4. **No Smoking**: Our property is entirely smoke-free. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors or on the premises. 5. **No Pets**: While we have a family dog who occasionally visits, we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. If allergies are a concern, we recommend not booking with us. Refunds won't be issued for allergic responses to animal traces. 6. **Wildlife**: Be mindful of local wildlife on and around our property, and enjoy their presence from a respectful distance.
