Place not clean silverware dirty in kitchen draw , stains on sheets in both bedrooms, no instructions on any amenities, unsafe outlets, Saddle btwn kitchen & DR not attached (tripping hazard).

Hi, house was clean comfortable and in the most perfect location to enjoy everything that Point Lookout has to offer , a quiet beach community with a few local restaurants , beautiful sunsets and an short walk to the beach , me and my partner stayed over Labor Day weekend and wound book it again

A great beach getaway! The house was exactly as described - small, but just right for our family of 4 (2 kids under 10 shared the full bed). There is no dishwasher and the laundry is unavailable for use, but we mostly ate out and had no problem drying beach towels and bathing suits in the sun. The kitchen has all the necessities and the linens were clean. The house is in a great location - short walks to the beach and restaurants. We loved riding bikes everywhere to explore. We were rarely “home,” but when we were, it was a comfortable and clean place to shower and sleep. Would book again!

Perfect location and neighbors were super sweet! Great little beach house, cute with no frills. Note AC is only in the bedrooms and during the summer heat wave it was hottttt in the house, no dishwasher, no access to washer/dryer. Great for someone who doesn’t mind the heat, eats out and has laundry pickup service. We found out on our last day, this is a 28+ day rental district. Short term rentals not allowed.
