Our stay at the luxury loft in Hill City, South Dakota, curated by Carmen, was an absolute delight! The loft was just as shown- impeccable and beautifully maintained, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat after exploring the area's sights and dining at the local restaurants. Carmen's thoughtful touch extended beyond mere hospitality; she was quick to respond to our questions before our arrival, so we could be appropriately prepared. Surrounded by the scenic Black Hills, the loft served as an ideal base for exploring the area's iconic sites; Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Deadwood, Custer State Park, the Norbeck Wildlife Preserve, and the Needles Highway Carmen's genuine care for her guests was evident in her proactive check-in, reaffirming her commitment to making our visit memorable. Carmen was a great host!! She was very timely in her responsiveness. Instructions were clear and everything was exactly as described. The condo was beautiful!! The location was convenient for so much of the black hills area. We had a blast!!

We had a nice stay here, the unit was clean and tidy just like the photos. Communicating was seamless when booking our stay and during if we had any questions we got prompt responses. Recommend staying here if you’re visiting hill city, lots to walk around nearby and a grocery store in the same building!
