Our recently remodeled unit is a great place to relax, unwind, and take in all that the Silver Strand community has to offer. Our private 2 bedroom, 1 bath features off street parking, comfy spaces to relax in, new appliances, luxurious linens, bicycles and tons of beach amenities, with a blend of details that are new and original to the mid-century building. The two bedroom setup is perfect for two couples or a small family. The larger bedroom has a California king-size bed with a plush hybrid mattress, and the smaller bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. Each bed is appointed with high quality linens from Parachute and Brooklinen. The living room is nice and bright with a window slider that’s perfect for allowing in the sea breeze while relaxing on the oversized Restoration Hardware cloud sofa. There’s a brand new 75” Sony Bravia 4K smart TV mounted on a full motion wall mount. The smart tv has all the major streaming apps downloaded are available for use with your login details. Please don’t forget to log out after your stay. There is no standard cable or antenna tv service. The newly updated kitchen has the basic cooking amenities one would need, but if there's a specific item you may need, please reach out to us and see if it’s something we already have in the kitchen. The full size LG fridge has a filtered water dispenser and ice maker, and there’s a brand new Samsung stove for creating delicious meals after a long day at the beach. We have a room full of all the beach amenities one would need to enjoy their beach vacation. Available for your use are; 4 beach cruiser bicycles, 4 beach chairs, 2 surfboards, 3 boogie-boards, 2 beach umbrellas, 6 beach blanket/towels, a volleyball, spike ball game, a Coleman cooler, and a beach wagon to get everything to and from the beach.
