Richard’s place was perfect for us - me, and two teens. The main driver was proximity to Spark Arena, but on top of that we got a great apartment with carpark, awesome facilities (gym, pool etc), close to Auckland Uni, a short drive/uber trip to some of the best restaurants on offer in Auckland. It was perfect for us. Richard met us on check in and everything was really easy from there. A good place for us to base ourselves for a few days.

Richard and Greg were so accommodating. It was a lovely apartment with everything we needed - and a nice walk to the city. My daughter loved the facilities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great secured carpark with tandem lot. Conveniently located in city with easy access to Highway 1 and 16. Free access to heated pool, children playground and gym. Richard and his team are responsive, accommodating and flexible. Cleaner should be more meticulous in cleaning the oil stained toaster, coffee maker, knife holder and oven handle. Likewise, cleaner should clean up the dusty washing machine and dryer. It is tricky to adjust airco. You can increase temp to 25C but room temp would remain at 22C even overnight. Immediate neighbor upstairs walks like an elephant which is disturbing. It is a fantastic place to stay apart from these few issues.
