Carlos was super nice he was very flexible with the check out (we were there to watch the solar eclipse and he allowed us to stay there well past the check out time). Also having 3 kids he left at home a few toys from his kids so mine could play!

The location of this place is great on the west side- 10 to 15 minutes from everything so very convenient. The condo setting is also nice for dog walks, has some woods and was very quiet. We heard nothing thru any adjoining walls. As with other reviews, we agreed that for a week’s stay, the beds and furniture are not comfortable. This could be easily corrected with some mattress toppers on the beds. The towels were old and there wasn’t a hair dryer that was useful. There was only one very small garbage can for an entire apartment and strange industrial rolls of toilet paper. It would be great if there was a broom/dustpan to tidy up over a longer stay. Overall okay but such easy things to add, hopefully for next time!

The apartment was great however my only recommendation is to get better mattresses. Carlos is awesome he responded every time I reached out to him and was extremely accommodating. Thank you Carlos.

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation! Easy to find and easy to get to everywhere we needed. The place was spotless and we felt right at home. Would stay here again when coming to Rochester.
