The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It’s worn out to the bone and is completely unacceptable. We got terrible sleep and kept getting slumped into the middle of the bed.

The stay was relaxing and hosts were accommodating. It is tucked away into the woods with beautiful scenery. We had everything we needed!

This is a great house, super comfortable, big spaces and all needed amenities. Our kids really enjoyed the stay. Location fairly close to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon park made for really nice days out. As other reviews note, the neighbors are extremely noisy and spent most of each day we were there shooting guns on their property. We never felt unsafe, but wasn't exactly peaceful! Totally out of the owner/property managers' control of course and everything else was excellent!
