My four year old granddaughter said we need to come back here every year and we all agreed!! Beautiful location place with so many birds - we even saw the bald eagles. The house had everything we needed and we felt instantly at home.

What a beautiful location with loads of scenery! Jack puts great attention to detail so the place is very clean upon arrival. Lot's of great ammenities. The river is perfect for kayaking and swimming. There are tons of board games/yard games for kids and family. Because of the remote location, the area is super quiet/relaxing and the stars are vibrant at night! A great spot for photography as well! It was the perfect getaway and we were lucky to get the appropriate weather for swimming into nearly October!

Your search for mountain getaway is over. Don't waste another minute looking. This is more than a place to stay - Jack invites you into his family home. He provides every amenity even the ones you didn't think you needed. The house is well-maintained and impeccably clean. You just don't want to leave after experiencing the tranquility and beauty of the place. We can't wait to return!

Our two families of four loved our stay at the nest. The location was beautiful and private. We spent a lot of time on the river. Having kayaks available at the nest was awesome. Caught lots of fish. Kitchen was well appointed as was deck with grill. Made all of our meals at the nest. Beautiful outdoor fire pit area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as described. The whole house was very clean upon check-in. Thank you for sharing the nest with us Jack. We plan to come back.
