Family of 8 stayed for the weekend. Conveniently located off hwy. The places is overall as described and comfortably sleeps 8. A few improvements items were noted: we re-washed two sets of beddings as they smell used by someone who has a strong body odor; washer was mould infested and we had to wipe it down with alcohol; dryer has lints left uncleared; oven has leftover food residual; some towels were stained; dishes/glasses are not very and still wet; the yard parking is quite muddy (would have been to use gravel. Bis was quick to respond when we advised him of the deficiency and he was kind and apologetic to offer a refund for our cleaning fees as a token of appreciation. Location is great: 10 mins to the casino and 30 mins to Kingston waterfront. Freight trains do come by every hour or so at night and it could be heard inside the property.

Bis was quick to respond and very accommodating. The rental place is clean and organized. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.
