The location and house is amazing! Plenty of space for everyone. The beach was beautiful and there were lots of chairs, two kayaks, and a paddle board to use. It is directly next to a public beach and playground (seen in the photos), but this was no issue. The host did stop by after check-in and reminded us about keeping quiet. The neighbor also came out at that time to beg our group to not be loud - mind you, we had just gotten there and given them no reason for them to ask/remind us about being quiet after 10pm. We also had 12 guests (which the house says we are able to have) and were taking pictures on the top porch, but quickly got a call by the host saying that the deck was unsafe for all guests to be on at once - this would have been good to know before hand as they claimed it was a safety issue. There were also no cleaning supplies (broom, paper towels, etc.) or hand towels, so maybe think about bringing your own! We did not have access to the space with the gym equipment, pool table, foosball, etc. Overall, the house and beach made the experience great!

Terrific views, great space, and a super nice perk of a winterized hot tub. Hosts were very responsive and took great care of us

We had a great time at the house. Location was excellent, right on the beach and next to the playground. Deborah and Virginia were easy to communicate with and addressed any issues we had immediately. We had an amazing time and would stay here again. Highly recommend!
